Define approver users, approval groups, and sequential approval levels. A level can be approved by any member of any group attached to that level.
These POP users can be placed into approval groups.
Anyone in a group can approve a level assigned to that group.
Levels run sequentially. A level is approved when any user from one attached group approves it.
